VOSHEN provides professional doorstep car cleaning, washing, waxing, and detailing services. This is a professional doorstep car cleaning service that uses water and detailing products. The place of operations is provided by the customer at their own expense. We operate a clean, self-resourced operation and do not require additional connections for electricity or water. We will collect the garbage, remove stagnant water if any, and leave the place clean and tidy.
A booking deposit of ₹500 is required to confirm all service appointments. This deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable due to operational reasons. Bookings can be made up to 15 minutes before the slot time.
Customers who choose to pay the full service amount in advance at the time of booking will receive a 10% discount on the total bill amount. All payments are processed securely through the payment gateways available on the VOSHEN platform.
Standard rates assume normal-to-heavy levels of dirt. Exceptionally soiled vehicles (e.g., thick mud, heavy pet hair, paint stains, deep interior stains) require extra time and specialised tools, and will be subject to a surcharge based on the car's condition upon arrival. This is to cover additional equipment and chemicals. Surcharge prices begin from ₹500.
Low water washes are not "no water" washes. Some of our processes do require water usage. Low water usage ensures minimal water run-off, leaving as much dampness as an everyday rinse wash. This method is suited for parking complexes with strict compliances regarding water usage and runoff.
"No mess" packages imply that trash from the vehicle will be collected and disposed of responsibly, and stagnant water post wash cycle will be vacuumed back, leaving no puddles. The service area will be left clean and tidy upon completion.
For your security and to track service progress, VOSHEN uses an OTP (One-Time Password) verification system. An OTP will be sent to the customer's registered mobile number at the start and end of each service. The customer must provide these OTPs to the service team to initiate and close the job respectively.
VOSHEN Pass is an auto-issued loyalty programme. Every fifth wash entitles the customer to a free Signature Express service. The programme is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. New customers receive their first stamp upon account creation. Once the fifth wash is completed, the pass expires and reactivates upon the next booking. The membership ID is the customer's registered contact number.
Customers are encouraged to provide feedback after each service. Each feedback submission earns the customer 50 reward points (valued at ₹50, where 1 point = ₹1). These points are stored in the customer's wallet and can be applied as a straight, non-conditional discount on subsequent services.
VOSHEN collects customer information including name, contact number, vehicle details, and service address for the sole purpose of providing our services. We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary for payment processing and service delivery. Customer data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
All content, branding, logos, designs, and materials on the VOSHEN platform are the intellectual property of VOSHEN and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
VOSHEN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the VOSHEN platform. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
VOSHEN shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, or severe weather conditions.
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
All terms and conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
